本发明提供的一种刀轴矢量的优化方法,包括:根据G代码构建机床的刀具路径,基于机床结构将G代码的指令刀轴矢量转化为旋转轴指令点序列;将G代码中的进给速度序列作为各指令点的速度极大值,基于机床的刀具路径的几何特征自适应计算各指令刀位点的转接速度极值,取各指令点的速度极大值与各指令刀位点的转接速度极值中的较小者作为各指令刀位点的转接速度;根据该转接速度并应用有限差分方法,构建指令点的旋转轴运动模型;根据该模型识别整体机床的刀具路径中针对旋转轴驱动能力不足对应的待优化区间;针对该区间以旋转轴动态性能作为优化目标构造优化问题并进行求解,实现刀轴矢量的局部平滑。本发明可实现更高的工件表面质量和加工效率。
