File system repair method, device and computer program product

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention relates to a file system repairing method and device and a computer program product. The method includes running a repair task for a file system on a first node, and during running of the repair task, synchronizing task data associated with the repair task in a memory of the first node into a memory of a second node. Data of the file system is stored in a storage device accessible via the first node or the second node. The method further includes, in response to crash of the repair task on the first node, recovering operation of the repair task on the first node using the task data synchronized to the memory of the second node. According to the scheme, the repair task of the file system can be continued even if encountering some problems, and the file system does not need to run again from the beginning.
