Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent detection method for surface defects of a surrounding rock support steel arch rib, which relates to the field of visual inspection and comprises the following steps: acquiring arch rib image data, enhancing the arch rib image data, and configuring an axis net for the enhanced arch rib image data; taking the arch rib image data which is acquired for the first time and is subjected to enhancement processing and configured with the axis net as a reference image, setting an acquisition period, acquiring an arch rib image again based on the acquisition period, and performing enhancement processing and configuration of the axis net on the arch rib image data acquired again; through standardized data acquisition, intelligent feature enhancement and refined difference analysis, an automatic detection system from image acquisition to defect identification is formed, and the problems of strong manual dependence, fuzzy feature extraction, insufficient positioning precision and the like in traditional detection are effectively solved.
