Abstract

A bearing device comprises a bearing assembly, the bearing assembly comprises a bearing disc and a top film piece, and the bearing disc comprises a first area, a second area surrounding the first area and a third area surrounding the second area; the top film piece is arranged in the first area, is at least partially higher than the second area and is used for supporting the adhesive film part of the tested piece, so that the tested piece is separated from the first area; and the third area is lower than the second area and is used for supporting the frame part of the tested piece, so that the adhesive film part is tensioned. When a tested piece is placed on the bearing disc in a front or back posture, based on the structural characteristic that the top film piece is higher than the second area, the top film piece is used for supporting the adhesive film part, and based on the structural characteristic that the third area is lower than the second area, the adhesive film part is stretched through the self gravity of the frame part. Therefore, the adhesive film part is always in the tensioning state, so that the to-be-detected part of the detected piece is prevented from being in direct contact with the bearing disc, the detected piece is borne and fixed, and support is provided for front detection and back detection of the detected piece based on the same bearing device.
