The invention provides a drilling winch diesel generator energy storage system control method based on an improved PSO algorithm, and the method comprises the steps: employing a diesel generator model as the external power input of an energy storage system in a simulation model of the energy storage system, and simulating more real voltage dynamic fluctuation; secondly, a double-closed-loop control structure of a voltage outer loop and a current inner loop is established, a PI controller is adopted for the current inner loop, an LADRC controller is adopted for the voltage outer loop, and the steady-state and dynamic performance of the energy storage system is improved; carrying out global optimization on key parameters of the LADRC controller by adopting an improved PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm; and finally, iteratively optimizing parameters of the LADRC controller through simulation based on an integral time absolute error and a weighted penalty term of the integral time absolute error, and feeding back the parameters to the controller to realize optimal control of the bus voltage. The voltage control precision and stability of the diesel generator energy storage system of the drilling winch are improved, and the method is suitable for application scenes with high requirements for dynamic response and steady-state performance of the energy storage system and an electric power control system.
