The invention provides a communication method and a communication device, in the method, an access point sends a first frame to N stations, the first frame comprises action information of the N stations, and N is a positive integer; the access point receives N second frames, the N second frames are in one-to-one correspondence with the N stations, the second frame corresponding to the first station comprises reward information and state information of the first station, the reward information and the state information of the first station are determined based on the action information of the first station, and the first station is any one of the N stations. According to the method, a foundation is laid for interaction of state information, action information and reward information required by reinforcement learning applied to the Wi-Fi network, and reinforcement learning can be supported to be applied to the Wi-Fi network.
