An ultra-long lifespan, high-efficiency water-saving drip irrigation device and method

Abstract

This invention relates to an ultra-long lifespan, high-efficiency water-saving drip irrigation device and method. The drip irrigation device includes a main pipe closed at both ends. A first inlet pipe and a second inlet pipe are installed at the first end of the main pipe. An inner pipe communicating with the second inlet pipe is installed inside the main pipe. A first reversing valve and a first filter are installed on the first inlet pipe, and a second reversing valve and a second filter are installed on the second inlet pipe. By installing the inner pipe inside the main pipe, the end of the main pipe away from the booster pump is pressurized through the inner pipe, which can improve the uniformity of pressure inside the main pipe and ensure the uniformity of drip irrigation water output. By installing two reversing valves on the two inlet pipes respectively, the first and second filters can be backwashed by changing the connection state of the two reversing valves, reducing the frequency of manual filter cleaning, which reduces labor intensity and extends the service life of the filters.
