Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of degrading and filtering devices, and particularly relates to a straw-based dilute phosphoric acid degrading and filtering device which comprises a device upper main body, the bottom end of the device upper main body is fixedly connected with the top end of the degradation furnace, and a degradation dustproof filtering mechanism is arranged between the device upper main body and the degradation furnace; the degradation dustproof filtering mechanism comprises a motor, the motor is arranged at the position, close to the front, of the left side end of the device upper body, and the motor is fixedly connected with the device upper body; through the design of a degradation dustproof filtering mechanism, the function of accelerating the degradation process is achieved, and the problems that an existing device is not provided with an assembly capable of being used for crushing straw, and due to the fact that the contact area between uncrushed straw and dilute phosphoric acid is reduced in the degradation process, the degradation efficiency is reduced, and the degradation cost is reduced are solved. Therefore, the problem that insufficient degradation is easy to occur in the degradation process is solved, and the working efficiency is improved.
