Steel rolling production line

Abstract

The invention provides a steel rolling production line. The steel rolling production line comprises a rolling and shearing production line and a sizing production line which are connected; the rolling and shearing production line comprises a first rolling section, a first shearing section, a hot bed, a second rolling section, a second shearing section and a cooling bed which are connected in sequence; the hot bed is provided with a first input roller way and a first output roller way, the cold bed is provided with a second input roller way and a second output roller way, the first input roller way is located between the first shearing section and the second rolling section, and the second input roller way is located at the output end of the second shearing section; the first output roller way and the second output roller way are connected to the two ends of the fixed-length production line respectively, a first collecting section and a second collecting section are arranged on the fixed-length production line, a first fixed-length shearing section is arranged between the first output roller way and the first collecting section, and a second fixed-length shearing section is arranged between the second output roller way and the second collecting section. The invention can solve the problems of large temperature drop, high production cost and high energy consumption when the slow cooling steel is produced by the existing steel rolling production line.
