Novel fire control blanket material with honeycomb weave fabric bearing aerogel and method

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel fire control blanket material using honeycomb weave fabric to bear aerogel and a method. The fire control blanket material comprises an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, the middle layer comprises a base material and aerogel colloids, grooves are formed in the front face and the back face of the base material, the aerogel colloids are arranged on the front face and the back face of the base material, and the grooves are filled with the aerogel colloids. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing aerogel colloid; s2, preparing an intermediate layer; and S3, cutting the middle layer into a set size. Aerogel which is not resistant to pressure is prevented from being crushed by means of the pressure resistance of the honeycomb weave fabric in the normal direction, and strength compensation is provided for a high-temperature-resistant material of the fire control blanket by means of the high strength of the honeycomb weave fabric in the plane direction; by utilizing the good heat insulation effect of the aerogel, the upper layer material can be made of a material with high strength, puncture resistance and low cost, the overall weight is reduced, and meanwhile, the performance of resisting 1200 DEG C and blocking smoke is kept, so that the fire-fighting efficiency and safety are improved.
