Compositions comprising svf and hyaluronic acid and their use for tissue repair

Abstract

This invention provides a composition comprising SVF and hyaluronic acid and its use in tissue repair. Furthermore, this invention has identified a pro-angiogenic peptide through screening, which exhibits good efficacy in promoting endothelial cell proliferation and angiogenesis. The composition prepared by mixing the pro-angiogenic peptide MA-R-5 with SVF and fat particles, and then adding hyaluronic acid, shows good results in reducing graft degradation and promoting the formation of new blood vessels around the graft, demonstrating broad application prospects.
