A positioning assembly for a tunnel ventilation apparatus, a ventilation apparatus and a method of construction

Abstract

The application provides a positioning assembly for a tunnel ventilation device, a ventilation device and a construction method. The positioning assembly comprises a fixed base fixed in a tunnel, the fixed base is formed with a positioning hole protruding towards the tunnel. A positioning ring comprises an inner ring and an outer ring coaxially arranged, the outer ring is fixed with the positioning hole, and the inner ring accommodates the ventilation device; a positioning locking assembly comprises a sliding plate movably arranged along the radial direction of the positioning ring; a wedge block is connected with one end of the sliding plate, and the contact surface of the sliding plate is an inclined surface; a pressing rod is fixed on one side of the sliding plate close to the outer ring and protrudes out of the outer ring, and a permanent magnet is embedded at the end of the pressing rod and is pressed against the inner wall of the positioning hole; a pull rod is connected with the wedge block and protrudes out of the positioning ring to drive the wedge block to move along the axial direction. A magnetic conducting sheet is installed at the position where the positioning hole contacts with the pressing rod, a magnetic sensor is embedded in the positioning hole and is arranged at intervals with the magnetic conducting sheet, and the magnetic conducting sheet and the magnetic sensor are connected through a magnetic conducting rod. The application can realize the positioning and pressing of the ventilation device.
