The passive pipeline type gas collection box is adopted for gas collection and detection, the passive pipeline type gas collection box is simple in structure and convenient to install, the unattended and all-day continuous gas detection function can be achieved after installation is completed, the labor cost is greatly saved, gas flows into the collection box and then flows into a pipeline, and the gas collection box is convenient to use. The gas pressure fluctuation in the pipeline is not caused, the collection box is free of exhaust emission, the environmental protection requirement is met, and the potential safety hazard caused by the fact that the gas is exhausted into the atmosphere is greatly reduced.
