According to the method, the complex relation between the environment parameters and the equipment operation parameters is collected and analyzed in real time, the equipment state data is predicted, and the maintenance strategy is generated according to the predicted equipment state data, so that the maintenance strategy can quickly respond to dynamic environment changes, and the flexibility and adaptability of the operation and maintenance strategy are remarkably improved.
