Transformer heat dissipation device

Abstract

The invention provides a transformer heat dissipation device, which belongs to the technical field of transformers and comprises a plurality of supporting parts and a plurality of fins. Wherein the plurality of supporting parts are transversely arranged on the transformer in a sliding mode, and each supporting part is located between every two adjacent cooling fins. The fins are vertically and rotationally arranged on the supporting parts, and the thicknesses of the fins are gradually increased in the direction from bottom to top. When the fins rotate to be parallel to the cooling fins, the multiple fins located on the same supporting part are coplanar and spliced together. When the fins rotate to be perpendicular to the cooling fins, the two side edges of each fin abut against the two adjacent cooling fins, and the supporting parts drive the fins to move so as to scrape dust attached to the cooling fins. According to the transformer heat dissipation device, integration of dust removal maintenance and normal heat dissipation functions is achieved, dust attachment is reduced through the fin structure, cleaning of the heat dissipation fins can be completed through simple operation such as manual pushing of the supporting part, the maintenance time is remarkably shortened, and the heat dissipation effect during normal use is guaranteed.
