Bacillus thuringiensis BMB181-loaded hydrogel dressing and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a hydrogel dressing loaded with bacillus thuringiensis BMB181 and a preparation method of the hydrogel dressing, and relates to the technical field of biomedical materials. The hydrogel dressing loaded with the bacillus thuringiensis BMB181, provided by the invention, comprises a hydrogel base material and the engineered bacillus thuringiensis BMB181 loaded in the hydrogel base material, and the engineered bacillus thuringiensis BMB181 with high melanin yield is loaded in the hydrogel base material, so that not only can the activity of probiotics BMB181 be ensured, but also the melanin yield can be improved; the melanin nano-particles which are continuously secreted by the BMB181 and have reducing agent activity and photothermal conversion characteristics can be used for removing drug-resistant bacterium infection, promoting wound epithelization and collagen formation and accelerating repair of skin wounds, especially diabetes wounds under the irradiation of near-infrared light; the hydrogel dressing loaded with the bacillus thuringiensis BMB181, disclosed by the invention, has good biocompatibility and shows a good clinical application prospect.
