A method and system for monitoring the operating state of a food stamping machine

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of data processing, and discloses a food stamping machine operation state monitoring method and system. The method comprises the following steps: performing hierarchical data collection on the food stamping machine, monitoring process parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and material characteristics; establishing a parameter correlation matrix to obtain working condition characteristics; adjusting parameters such as nozzle temperature and ink pressure according to the working condition characteristics to form optimization instructions; evaluating the process parameter coupling degree through fault diagnosis to generate a device state report; evaluating the printing quality in real time, establishing a parameter fingerprint library and realizing closed-loop monitoring. The application realizes correlation analysis and linkage adjustment of process parameters of the food stamping machine, and improves the stability and accuracy of the printing process.
