Antioxidant peptide and application thereof

The antioxidant peptide has different advantages in the antioxidant capacity aspects of combining with Kelch structural domain protein of Keap1, removing ROS, reducing MDA in cells, reversing abnormal expression of a Keap1-Nrf2 signal channel and a downstream channel thereof caused by oxidative stress and the like, and the comprehensive performance of the polypeptide KVQESGEIQL is the most comprehensive. The antioxidant peptide can effectively activate a Keap1-Nrf2 antioxidant signal channel and remarkably enhance the cell antioxidant capacity, and has a remarkable application value in intervention of oxidative stress and related diseases thereof.
