Fabric sensor with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a fabric sensor with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a polypyrrole fabric: immersing a cotton fabric into a polypyrrole solution to obtain the polypyrrole fabric; s2, preparing hydrophobic polyurethane; s3, preparing Q-SiO2 (Qu-SiO2); s4, respectively dispersing the Q-SiO2 and ammonium polyphosphate into hydrophobic polyurethane, so as to obtain a polyurethane dispersion liquid containing the Q-SiO2; and S5, immersing the polypyrrole fabric into a polyurethane dispersion liquid containing Q-SiO2, and drying to obtain the sensing flame-retardant antibacterial composite fabric sensor. The invention also discloses the fabric sensor with flame-retardant and antibacterial functions, which is prepared by the preparation method. According to the fabric sensor with the flame-retardant and antibacterial functions, the flame-retardant and antibacterial materials are fixed through interface interaction, and the fabric sensor is endowed with sensing performance and excellent flame-retardant performance.
