In addition to detecting the leakage of the pump body by measuring the air pressure change of the pump body, the detection contact is arranged in the support column, the detection contact acts on the mechanical vibration of the pump body through the gas leakage, so that the leakage is detected, thereby avoiding the missed detection caused by the string cavity phenomenon, and the leakage position is judged according to the vibration propagation law through the array distributed detection contact, so that the detection efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved.
