Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of boiler water quality detection, provides a boiler water quality on-line detection device and method, and solves the problems that an existing device is low in detection accuracy due to design defects, and a water quality parameter standard exceeding source cannot be determined clearly. The system comprises at least one boiler, and one side of the boiler is provided with detection ports located at different heights; the top of the detection tank is provided with a liquid inlet, each detection port is connected with the liquid inlet through a detection pipe group, and the bottom of the detection tank is provided with a liquid discharge valve; the feed water inlet pipe is used for conveying pretreatment feed water into the detection tank; the online detector is arranged on one side of the detection tank and is used for acquiring water quality parameters of the water body in the detection tank; sampling is conducted in parallel through the detection ports of different heights, boiler water layer data are synchronously obtained, whether water quality parameters of water supplied to the detection tank exceed the standard or not is further detected, and the root of the water quality parameter exceeding the standard is accurately judged.
