Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy frames, and discloses a light-weight aluminum alloy frame which comprises a frame body and two anti-impact assemblies. The two sides of the frame body are each provided with two symmetrically-arranged elastic buffering assemblies, an arc-shaped elastic assembly is installed between the two elastic buffering assemblies, the two arc-shaped elastic assemblies are located on the two sides of the frame body correspondingly, and buffering limiting assemblies are installed on the two sides of the frame body correspondingly; the buffering and limiting assembly comprises a loading cylinder and a magnetic buffering piece, magnetorheological fluid is arranged in the loading cylinder, and the magnetic buffering piece is inserted into the loading cylinder. According to the frame body, the arc-shaped elastic assembly is matched with the elastic buffering assembly, impact force is dispersed, buffering protection is achieved, the magnetic buffering piece stretches into magnetorheological fluid, movement is limited, stability is enhanced, the air bag sleeve adjusts the pressure of the magnetorheological fluid, and performance is guaranteed; the anti-impact assembly is matched with the buffering assembly, the frame body is protected in an all-around mode, and the anti-impact capacity and the protection performance are improved.
