Abstract

The invention discloses a light-emitting device and a display substrate, and belongs to the technical field of display. The light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a first crystalline layer, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode which are stacked. Wherein the first crystalline layer is arranged between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer, the first crystalline layer is a crystalline film, and the first crystalline layer has regular molecular arrangement, low impurity content and good stability, so that a stable carrier transport channel can be formed, and the carrier mobility of the light-emitting device can be improved. Moreover, the luminescent material formed on the first crystalline layer is in a nano aggregate state, the mobility of moving holes provided by the first electrode and electrons provided by the second electrode to the nano aggregate is relatively high in the luminescence process, and higher current density can be realized, so that the brightness of the luminescent device can be improved.
