Relates to the field of analysis of proteins or polypeptides, in particular to a modified polypeptide, a polypeptide compound and a polypeptide mixture, a method and a kit for preparing the modified polypeptide, the polypeptide compound and the polypeptide mixture, and a system comprising the modified polypeptide, the polypeptide compound and the polypeptide mixture and used for controlling the displacement speed of the polypeptide or representing the polypeptide. The invention also relates to a method for controlling the displacement speed of the polypeptide or characterizing the polypeptide by using the modified polypeptide, the polypeptide complex and the polypeptide mixture.
