Novel leachate filtering and collecting device

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel percolate filtering and collecting device which comprises a liquid collecting box, a filtering assembly and a cleaning assembly. The filter assembly comprises a grating pull basket arranged in the liquid collecting box and a transfer motor which is arranged on the outer side wall of the liquid collecting box and provides power for the grating pull basket; the cleaning assembly comprises a nozzle frame clamped to the inner side wall of the liquid collecting box in a sliding mode, a plurality of high-pressure nozzles distributed on the nozzle frame at equal intervals, a high-pressure pump arranged at the top end of the liquid collecting box and connected with the high-pressure nozzles through guide pipes, and a lifting motor arranged at the top end of the liquid collecting box and providing power for the nozzle frame. The device is reasonable in structural design, impurities in the pull-knot leachate are filtered and intercepted through the grating pull basket, the landfill leachate filtering efficiency and maintenance level can be greatly improved, the manual inspection and downtime is shortened, and the device can be suitable for various waste incineration systems.
