Abstract

According to the integrated VOCs waste gas pretreatment equipment, through cooperation of the middle partition plates and the filter cartridge, when waste gas enters the machine body, spraying treatment can be carried out while the waste gas is conveyed along the multiple middle partition plates, large-particle impurities in the waste gas are removed, and the contact uniformity of the waste gas and spraying water is improved until the waste gas passes through the filter cartridge to complete secondary filtration of the waste gas; and in the using process, replacement, desorption and drying operation of the filter cartridge and the filter module can be automatically completed, the waste gas treatment effect is improved while continuous operation is guaranteed, and the maintenance convenience of the equipment is improved.
