Device and method for preparing base charged adsorbent based on flow battery

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for preparing a base charged adsorbent based on a flow battery. The method specifically comprises the following steps: respectively connecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the flow battery with a working electrode and a counter electrode of a constant potential rectifier; injecting an alkaline solution containing an oxidant into the electrolytic tank, and adding a carbon powder suspension into the solution tank; a constant current of 50 mA is applied to the flow battery through a chronopotentiometry, a circulating pump is started, the circulating pump pumps the liquid in the electrolytic tank into the solution tank, and the liquid in the solution tank is circulated back to the electrolytic tank through the other circulating pump synchronously; after full reaction, obtaining an adsorbent adsorbed with OH <->; and closing the circulating pump, carrying out solid-liquid separation on the suspension in the solution tank, cleaning, and drying to obtain the base charged adsorbent. The base charged adsorbent prepared by the method has the characteristics of high selectivity, high adsorption capacity, good environmental adaptability and low regeneration energy consumption.
