Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of metal wire drawing equipment, in particular to high-ductility metal wire drawing equipment and a drawing process thereof.The high-ductility metal wire drawing equipment comprises a stretching regulation and control structure, a matched traction structure and a pushing feeding structure, and the side end of the stretching regulation and control structure communicates with the matched traction structure; a pushing feeding structure is arranged at the side end of the matched traction structure in a communicating mode. The stretching regulation and control structure is used for stretching treatment of the metal wire, a second stepping motor controls a rotation control disc to rotate, a first stepping motor controls a butt joint clamping frame to rotate, the butt joint clamping frame makes contact with a chain and pushes a connecting ring sleeve and a sliding guide block to transversely move, and symmetrically-arranged first electric control hydraulic rods control closing adjustment of extrusion ends and rubber ends on the two sides; a traction structure is matched for guiding and limiting the metal wire; and the pushing feeding structure is used for pushing the metal wires. And through the arrangement of the structure, the drawing work of the metal wire is facilitated.
