Special-shaped workpiece clamping tool and using method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of tool clamps, in particular to a special-shaped workpiece clamping tool and a using method thereof. The special-shaped workpiece clamping tool comprises a base. The base plate is mounted on the base, and a first pin hole and a second pin hole are formed in the base plate; the positioning pin is mounted in the first pin hole or the second pin hole; a pull rod; and the pressing plate is mounted at the end part of the pull rod. The using method of the special-shaped workpiece clamping tool comprises the steps that the two positioning pins are installed in the first pin holes; the four positioning holes in the special-shaped workpiece are aligned with the four first pin holes; the pull rod drives the pressing plate to tightly press the special-shaped workpiece; drilling a hole in one end of the special-shaped workpiece; two positioning pins are installed in the second pin holes; the special-shaped workpiece is turned over, and the four positioning holes in the base are aligned with the four second pin holes; the pull rod drives the pressing plate to tightly press the special-shaped workpiece; and drilling the other end of the special-shaped workpiece through a drilling machine. The problem that the axis of a machined hole deviates due to overturning is solved, and the machining efficiency is improved.
