The invention discloses a temperature-sensitive intelligent coating material for fabrics and a preparation method of the temperature-sensitive intelligent coating material, and belongs to the technical field of functional textiles. The coating material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of temperature-sensitive color-changing microcapsules, 5-15 parts of photo-thermal response dye, 30-50 parts of shape memory polyurethane, 3-8 parts of silicon dioxide nanowires, 1-3 parts of a fluorocarbon surfactant and the balance of an organic solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: ultrasonic dispersion of the composite microcapsule, high-speed shearing emulsification of the matrix material, scrape coating forming of the fabric and heat-ultraviolet synergistic curing. Through multi-response collaboration, self-repairing mechanism innovation and a nano-enhancement process, the defects of single function, poor durability, low response precision and the like in the prior art are overcome, and the method is suitable for the high-added-value fields such as smart clothing, military camouflage and medical textiles.
