A drilling fixed-point wall protection plugging and reinforcing device and method

Abstract

The application provides a drilling fixed-point wall sealing and reinforcing device and method. The device comprises a drill rod and a sealing and reinforcing device. The sealing and reinforcing device is arranged in the drill rod and used for sealing and reinforcing a well wall. The sealing and reinforcing device comprises a fishing head, a cylindrical structure open at both ends and a water distribution pipe, a side wall of the water distribution pipe is provided with a water distribution hole penetrating through the side wall, an upper sealing sleeve in an annular structure, a connecting pipe in a cylindrical structure open at both ends, a spraying head in a cylindrical structure with a closed head end, the spraying head is internally provided with a communicating spraying pipe and a liquid inlet pipe, the liquid inlet pipe penetrates through an end face of a tail end of the spraying head, the spraying pipe and the liquid inlet pipe are coaxial with an axis of the spraying head, an inner diameter of the spraying pipe is smaller than an inner diameter of the liquid inlet pipe, the spraying pipe is provided with a nozzle penetrating through a side wall of the spraying head in a radial direction at a head end of the spraying pipe, an inner side wall of the drill rod is provided with an annular groove and an annular lower sealing sleeve protruding inward, and an opening of the nozzle is located outside the drill rod. The application has the advantages of simple use, cost saving and good sealing and reinforcing effect.
