Automatic eddy current inspection device for nuclear power lip welding valve

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic eddy current inspection device for a nuclear power lip welding valve, the automatic eddy current inspection device for the nuclear power lip welding valve comprises a fixed part, a driving assembly, a support and at least two eddy current sensors, and the fixed part is installed on the lip welding valve; the driving assembly is installed on the fixing piece. The support is detachably and transversely arranged on the driving assembly. The at least two eddy current sensors are arranged at the end part of the bracket; wherein at least one eddy current sensor elastically abuts against the outer wall or the inner wall of the lip welding valve. At least one eddy current sensor elastically abuts against the upper end face or the lower end face of the lip welding valve; the radial and axial cracks of the lip welding valve can be detected through the fixing piece, the driving assembly, the support and the eddy current sensor, the lip welding valve crack detection device can be suitable for lip welding valves of different diameters, manual detection is not needed, the risk of manual radiation is avoided, the detection effect is better, and the detection efficiency and stability are good.
