Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-channel optical receiving assembly and an optical module, and the multi-channel optical receiving assembly comprises a PCB which is provided with a TIA chip, and is also provided with a groove; the ceramic substrate is arranged in the groove; a receiving end optical fiber array, a coupling lens array, a turning prism and a PD array are arranged on the ceramic substrate, and the PD array is connected with the TIA chip. According to the invention, the influence of deformation of the PD array caused by warping of the PCB at high and low temperatures can be eliminated, and the light current stability and the process stability of the light receiving assembly are improved.
