Abstract

The invention discloses an optimized compounding method of clothianidin cyantraniliprole compounded insecticidal granules, which comprises the following steps of: preparing phosphated lignosulfonate by taking lignosulfonate and sodium phosphate as raw materials; then stirring and dispersing the phosphatized lignosulfonate in deionized water, adding a surfactant, stirring and emulsifying at a high speed, and treating by a pulsed electric field to obtain an emulsion; slowly adding a raw medicine solution containing clothianidin and cyantraniliprole into the emulsion which is stirred at a high speed, then adding glutathione and polysaccharide nano-selenium, uniformly stirring and mixing, slowly adding a cross-linking agent solution, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation cross-linking under the condition of 0-4 DEG C, continuously adding a dispersing agent, carrying out heat preservation, uniformly stirring and mixing, centrifuging, and taking precipitate, so as to obtain a premix; and granulating the premix to obtain the compound insecticidal granules. A compounding method of clothianidin and cyantraniliprole is optimized, the toxicity to bees is reduced, the light stability is good, and the good market popularization value is achieved.
