Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of welding, and discloses a double-bin multi-station nut welding machine which comprises a workbench, a rotary shell and a station switching assembly arranged in the rotary shell, a welding mechanism is arranged on the front side of the rotary shell, and a direction turning mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the rotary shell. The station switching assembly drives a round pipe to pass through feeding, welding, turning and discharging stations in a circulating mode through a cylindrical station block with a plurality of station grooves, a hollow rotary hydraulic oil cylinder drives a pull shaft, a telescopic rod, a rotary guide sleeve and a transmission assembly are matched, and a clamping jaw is controlled to clamp, move downwards, rotate by 180 degrees and accurately place the round pipe back to the original position after one end of the round pipe is welded. By means of the automatic welding device, one-time clamping and two-end welding of the round pipe on a single device are achieved, the production efficiency and the automation degree are greatly improved, and the consistency and precision of the welding quality of products are guaranteed.
