The high-precision positioning tool is suitable for bonding a target insert with a sealing ring to a target bonding area on a target microcrystalline plate. The high-precision positioning tool comprises a positioning plate, an adjusting assembly, an insert connecting piece and a microcrystalline fixing assembly. Wherein the positioning plate is arranged above the target microcrystalline plate, and a high-precision mounting hole matched with the position of the target bonding area is formed in the positioning plate; the insert connecting piece penetrates through the high-precision mounting hole, one end of the insert connecting piece is detachably and fixedly connected with the positioning plate, and the other end of the insert connecting piece is detachably and fixedly connected with the target insert; the adjusting assembly is arranged on the periphery of the positioning plate and abuts against the positioning plate.
