Mark scraper and use method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline detection, and provides a scriber and a using method thereof.The scriber comprises a main frame, a position adjusting device and a scribing device; the marking device comprises a tool bit, a supporting rod, a leveling unit and a pre-tightening force unit, wherein the tool bit is fixed on the supporting rod; the supporting rod comprises a rotating end which is rotationally connected with the main frame through a rotating shaft. The leveling unit is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the main frame, the leveling unit comprises an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt abuts against the rotating end, and the adjusting bolt exerts pressure on the rotating end; the pre-tightening force unit is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the main frame and comprises an elastic piece, and the elastic piece applies pressure to the supporting rod. By arranging the position adjusting device, the clamping requirements of pipelines with various pipe diameters are met, and the universality is high. The leveling unit and the pre-tightening force unit are arranged to enhance the scribing stability, the measurement error can be effectively reduced, the welding seam calibration accuracy is improved, operation is easy, and efficiency is high.
