A battery pack bottom scraping test device and test method

Abstract

The application provides a battery pack scraping test device and test method, and relates to the technical field of battery testing. The device comprises a test trolley and a battery pack mounting assembly. The bottom of the trolley frame is connected with the trolley wheels through a suspension assembly. The angle adjusting assembly comprises a lifting structure. One end of the lifting structure is provided with a first hand wheel, and the other end is in abutment with the suspension assembly. The lifting structure is driven to move by applying a force through the first hand wheel, the telescopic part is moved, the front part of the trolley frame is lifted or lowered, the inclination angle between the battery pack mounted on the battery pack mounting assembly and the driving surface is changed, a barrier structure is arranged in front of the test trolley, and the control assembly controls the test trolley to collide with the barrier structure at a target angle and a target test speed. The defects that the existing test cannot expose the real safety risk are solved, the test conditions that are more in line with the actual working conditions are provided for the safety performance evaluation of the battery pack scraping, and the accuracy of the test results is improved.
