Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of community management and control, in particular to an intelligent community management and control system based on big data, and the system comprises a database which is used for storing community user information, community user face images and historical user behavior features corresponding to each community user; the data acquisition module is used for acquiring monitoring videos and environment data of key areas in the community; the data analysis module is used for determining a plurality of key users and key user behavior characteristics corresponding to the key users, and determining region types corresponding to the key regions; the data judgment module is used for judging whether region abnormity exists in the key region or not and whether behavior abnormity exists in each key user or not, and judging whether abnormal community users exist or not based on the incidence relation of each key user; and the early warning module is used for determining an early warning mode based on a judgment result of the data judgment module. According to the invention, the management and control efficiency of the community and the recognition and early warning accuracy of abnormal conditions in the community can be improved.
