The invention discloses a power renewable resource carbon emission monitoring method and system, and relates to the technical field of carbon emission monitoring methods, and the monitoring method comprises the steps: obtaining a radio frequency tag number of to-be-processed waste and old materials; based on the product information corresponding to the to-be-treated waste and old materials, obtaining carbon emission equipment through which the to-be-treated waste and old materials need to flow; a corresponding carbon flow label is generated when the waste and old materials to be treated pass through each carbon emission device; all carbon flow labels of the same to-be-treated waste and old materials under the recovery treatment task are obtained, and the target carbon emission of the to-be-treated waste and old materials is calculated according to all the carbon flow labels, so that the target carbon emission of the to-be-treated waste and old materials is obtained according to the target carbon emission of each to-be-treated waste and old material and the subordination relation between the different to-be-treated waste and old materials; and calculating to obtain the total carbon emission of the superior waste and old materials corresponding to the to-be-treated waste and old materials. According to the method, full-chain carbon footprint tracking can be effectively carried out on waste and old materials, and meanwhile, the monitoring accuracy of subsequent carbon emission is improved.
