Pulverized coal redistribution system and method for realizing diversified combustion of turbulent burner

Abstract

The invention discloses a pulverized coal redistribution system and method for achieving diversified combustion of a turbulent burner. The distribution system comprises a first pulverized coal redistribution system connected with a first light-phase burner and a first dense-phase burner and a second pulverized coal redistribution system connected with a second dense-phase burner and a second light-phase burner. The first pulverized coal redistribution system and the second pulverized coal redistribution system are symmetrically arranged on the pulverized coal pipeline between the medium-speed coal mill and the combustor, and the first pulverized coal redistribution system and the second pulverized coal redistribution system are the same in structure. The first light-phase combustor and the second light-phase combustor are arranged at positions, close to two side walls, of a water cooling wall (a front wall or a rear wall) of a combustor area. Less-powder oxygen-enriched combustion of the light-phase combustor and low-nitrogen stable combustion of high-concentration pulverized coal of the concentrated-phase combustor can be achieved, diversified combustion in the boiler is finally achieved, the concentration of wall-attached reducing gas of the water cooling wall of the side wall is reduced, the high-temperature corrosion problem can be remarkably restrained, and the combustor is suitable for unit boilers of different parameter grades.
