Chip serial number identification method for Bar strip wafer

Abstract

The application discloses a chip serial number identification method for a Bar strip wafer, and relates to the technical field of chips. The method is based on the idea of a neural network to build and train a serial number identification model. The serial numbers of different chips on the Bar strip wafer meet a predetermined format rule and are related to the coordinate information of the chips. Meanwhile, the surface image carrying the serial number information and the coordinate information of the chips are collected to input the serial number identification model. The serial number identification model fuses the image features of the surface image in the serial number area and the position features of the coordinate information of the chips, and performs feature mapping and decoding to obtain a serial number identification result. The serial number identification method has higher serial number identification accuracy and robustness.
