Torticollis orthopedic device

Abstract

The invention discloses a torticollis orthopedic device which comprises an orthosis, a three-dimensional force detection module, a signal acquisition and processing module and a three-dimensional force distribution display module. The corrector comprises a neck support, a lower jaw support, a rear neck support, two height adjusting devices and a rear neck pressure adjusting device. In the orthopedic process, the extrusion force of the lower jaw and the lower jaw support is transmitted to the ionization type capacitance pressure sensing electrode through the triggering piece, and therefore capacitance signals are changed. The capacitance signals are transmitted to the three-dimensional force distribution display module through the signal collecting and processing module, and the three-dimensional force distribution display module displays the pressure value and the pressure direction of an area corresponding to each group of pressure-sensitive capacitor array units according to the capacitance signals of each group of pressure-sensitive capacitor array units. Thus, a user can accurately adjust the height adjusting device and the back neck pressure adjusting device according to the pressure value and the pressure direction displayed by the three-dimensional force distribution display module, and then the supporting heights of the left side and the right side of the lower jaw and the pitching angle of the lower jaw are accurately adjusted.
