Intelligent rearview mirror automatic detection system

Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic detection system for an intelligent rearview mirror. The system comprises a main control unit, a rearview mirror driving unit and an image acquisition unit, the rearview mirror driving unit comprises a rearview mirror driving module, a rotary table and a rearview mirror fixing base; the rearview mirror driving module controls folding reset, a steering signal lamp, a blind area monitoring signal lamp, lens angle adjustment and lens heating of the rearview mirror; the image acquisition unit comprises a camera and a mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm adjusts the position of the camera and acquires video data of working of the rearview mirror; and the main control unit is used for sending a detection instruction, detecting the rearview mirror to be detected according to the video data based on a machine vision algorithm, obtaining a detection result and displaying the detection result in real time. Through linkage of the rearview mirror driving unit and the image acquisition unit, one-stop detection of core functions is realized; the mechanical arm is matched with the rotary table, so that all-directional detection is facilitated; automatic detection is realized based on a machine vision algorithm, and the detection efficiency can be improved.
