Abstract

The invention relates to a cold bending and rolling method and device for plate glass, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a three-dimensional target model after cold bending of the plate glass based on obtained to-be-installed environment space parameters and preset cold bending shape parameters; based on the three-dimensional target model, a path planning algorithm is adopted to determine a space movement track of a rolling wheel set, and the space movement track comprises displacement parameters in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction and rotation angle parameters of the rolling wheel set; and controlling the rolling wheel set to roll the plate glass along the spatial motion trail. Therefore, the curvature precision of the rolled plate glass can be improved, the problem of non-uniform stress distribution of the rolled plate glass is solved, and the cold-bending rolling machining precision of the plate glass is improved.
