Abstract

After annealing, the copper strip is first cleaned and passivated, then sprayed with a lanthanum(III)-silane-benzimidazole lubricant solution, followed by drying. The lanthanum(III)-silane-benzimidazole lubricant is prepared from vinyltriethoxysilane, deionized water, ethanol, benzimidazole, and lanthanum(III) nitrate hexahydrate.
