Bridge type bidirectional adjustable hydraulic device, hydraulic loading system and loading experiment table

Abstract

This invention discloses a bridge-type bidirectional adjustable hydraulic device, a hydraulic loading system, and a loading test bench. The bridge-type bidirectional adjustable hydraulic device includes four pressure-controlled check valves, a directional valve, a pressure oil pipe, a return oil pipe, a first output oil pipe, and a second output oil pipe. Each working port of the directional valve is connected to the back oil port of two pressure-controlled check valves. By switching the directional valves, the two different pressure-controlled check valves can be controlled to close. The bridge-type bidirectional adjustable hydraulic device uses four pressure-controlled check valves combined with the directional valve to achieve directional and locking functions. The locking function is achieved by the pressure-controlled check valve to close and seal the oil circuit, avoiding the direct use of the directional valve to lock the controlled hydraulic cylinder, thereby overcoming the problem of low leakage prevention capability of the directional valve.
