An industrial all-in-one machine screen life evaluation test method

Abstract

The application discloses an industrial all-in-one machine screen service life evaluation test method and relates to the technical field of screen testing. The method comprises the following steps: testing an industrial all-in-one machine, obtaining brightness average time series data and failure frequency time series data of a screen; constructing a comprehensive degradation model according to the brightness average time series data and the failure frequency time series data; obtaining brightness data and touch data of an industrial all-in-one machine to be evaluated; inputting the brightness data and the touch data into the comprehensive degradation model to calculate the remaining service life of the screen. The application fuses the brightness average time series data of display and the failure frequency time series data of touch, constructs a comprehensive degradation model to evaluate the service life of the industrial all-in-one machine screen, evaluates the degradation of the industrial all-in-one machine screen from two dimensions, and improves the accuracy of the service life evaluation of the industrial all-in-one machine screen.
