Abstract

The invention discloses a chain lifting battery replacing robot (100) which is used for hoisting a battery replacing battery, the chain lifting battery replacing robot (100) comprises a base (12) walking along a track (11) and a lifting mechanism (10) installed on the base, the lifting mechanism comprises a fixing part (2) and a lifting part (3) connected with the fixing part (2) in a sliding mode, and the lifting part (3) is connected with the fixing part (2) in a sliding mode. A driving gear (211) and a transmission gear (212) are rotatably arranged on the fixing part (2), the driving gear (211) and the transmission gear (212) are aligned up and down in the vertical direction and synchronously rotate through a transmission chain (4), a mounting part (32) fixedly connected with at least one part of the transmission chain (4) is arranged on the lifting part (3), a driving unit (120) is arranged on the base (12), and the driving gear (211) and the transmission gear (212) are connected with the mounting part (32). The driving unit (120) drives the driving gear (211) to rotate through a rotating shaft parallel to the plane where the track (11) is located, and by means of the design, the space utilization rate is more optimized, and products are easier to transport, assemble and overhaul.
