Abstract

The invention provides a method for dyeing paste tea. Traditional paste is adopted as a medium, and a traditional cold dyeing technology is combined with a hot dyeing technology of tea dyeing. By optimizing process parameters and a control variable method, influence factors of the paste tea dyeing effect are systematically researched. The method deeply discusses the influence of various factors such as aleurone types, addition components and water proportion on the dyeing effect of the aleurone, and accurately understands the interaction among the factors. And a set of standardized paste tea dyeing process flow is finished and formulated. The formulation of the process not only significantly improves the existing process parameters and greatly improves the dyeing efficiency and quality, but also injects new vitality for innovation and progress of the traditional tea dyeing process, and opens up an unprecedented technical path. The formulated standardized paste tea dyeing technological process promotes the green development and industrial application of the technology in the textile industry, and provides a scientific basis for the standardization and industrial application of the technology.
